On Saturday, October 25th, the TBC attended the 1st “Invasion” car show by Darkside Empire / Weapons of Mass Induction at Quaker Steak & Lube in Clearwater. The Invasion was open to all makes, years and models with all net proceeds benefiting the ASPCA.

To add to the “Darkside” / “Invasion” theme of the show, members of the 501st Legion of Tampa were there in full Star Wars attire. Darth Vader, Storm Troopers, Chewbacca, and other characters definitely got the crowd excited. What was probably most impressive was the fact that no member of 501st passed up on a request for a photo; what a great group of people!

Congratulations to Sam for taking home the Best Classic award! A huge thank you & congratulations to all of the TBC members (and their families) who attended! Without you we wouldn’t have taken home the Best Club Participation award, and the day wouldn’t have been quite as amazing as it was.
