“Our Pit neighbor John Lamont was one of a few fifth-gens making hot laps, and taking advantage of the classroom sessions. Sporting headers, exhaust and ported intake-John’s Camaro was definitely packing more power than we were. He also had 275mm Pirellis at all for corners and a ZL1 hood that were both a big help at Sebring.“
